Every good harvest starts long before the field, in the lab. Seamons Genomics Laboratory is the in-house research and quality facility of Seamons Seeds Pvt. Ltd., built to make sure the seed we develop and deliver is reliable, uniform and ready to perform.
For a farmer, a seed packet is a promise: a promise of healthy germination, a strong crop stand and a good return on every acre. Our laboratory exists to keep that promise. Behind every variety and hybrid we offer, there is careful study, honest evaluation and a team that cares about what happens after the seed leaves our hands.

About the Laboratory
Seamons Genomics Laboratory is based at our Mehsana, Gujarat base and works hand in hand with our breeding and field teams. It is the scientific backbone of our seed programme, where ideas from the field are studied, verified and turned into dependable varieties and hybrids.
Our work does not start in the laboratory and end there. Observations from the field, feedback from farmers and the changing needs of the market all come back to the lab, where they are examined carefully and used to guide our next steps. This constant loop between the field and the laboratory helps us build seed that performs in real farming conditions, not only on paper.
As a DSIR-recognized company, we treat research as a core part of our business, not an add-on. The laboratory reflects that commitment: careful work, proper records and decisions backed by data.
